4. Refund Policy & Waiver of Withdrawal Right

Services consist of the supply of digital analytical content prepared specifically for you. By submitting an enquiry, making payment and ticking the consent box, you expressly request that we begin work immediately and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Article 16(a) and (m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU once performance has begun. Accordingly:

• A full refund is available only if you cancel before work has commenced.
• Once work has commenced or a report has been delivered, no refund is available.
• If, due to circumstances within our control, we are unable to deliver a report within the stated timeframe, a full refund will be offered.
• Dissatisfaction with the analytical conclusions of a properly delivered report is not a ground for refund, as the fee covers the analytical work performed, not a guaranteed outcome.

5. Use of AI-Assisted Tools

You acknowledge and agree that our analytical reports may be prepared with the assistance of automated and artificial-intelligence tools subject to human review, and that such reports are informational and require independent verification before reliance. Our liability in respect of any report is governed by clause 6 below.

6. Confidentiality

We treat all information submitted by clients as strictly confidential. We will not disclose your information to third parties except as required by law, court order, or as necessary to deliver the service (e.g. third-party processors listed in our Privacy Policy).

7. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability to you in connection with any engagement shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific service. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages. Our analytical reports are based on information provided by you and information available at the time of preparation — we cannot be held liable for decisions made on the basis of our reports.

8. Intellectual Property

All reports and materials prepared by LexVera Advisory remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use the report for your personal or business purposes.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to decline or terminate any engagement where we have reasonable grounds to suspect unlawful activity.

10. AML/KYC

In accordance with the EU Anti-Money Laundering Directive (AMLD6 — Directive EU 2018/843) and applicable Cyprus law, we may request identity verification documents before commencing work on certain engagements.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus. We encourage resolution of disputes through good-faith negotiation before commencing legal proceedings.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms. The version in force at the time of your engagement applies to that engagement.
